Freestyle Kickboxing at K.M.M.A – Fun, Challenging & Disciplined Training for All Ages!

At K.M.M.A, we teach Karate-based Kickboxing suitable for both men and women of all ages. Our classes focus on the perfect combination of kicks, punches, blocks, and sweeps, emphasizing the importance of control and discipline.

Students partner up to practice techniques, with one holding focus pads and the other wearing boxing gloves. Each partner executes combinations for 3-minute rounds, building both strength and stamina while enjoying the rhythm of energizing, high-energy music in a dynamic, exciting environment.

All Equipment Provided – Focus pads, gloves, and protective gear are included for every student.

Sparring is available to students who have reached blue belt status and is conducted under semi-contact, controlled conditions, using approved protective equipment. Our zero-accident record ensures a safe environment, and students must have current insurance and a valid license to participate in sparring.

Therefore, we are proud to say not only do we offer our weekly group classes, we also offer private classes & corporate classes. From Self Defence/ Krav Maga/ Kickboxing Martial Arts, both mixed or Ladies only, to Guided Meditation with Sound Healing, Breath work and guided Chakra Cleanse, We offer one to one sessions, Taster session, Team Building sessions , 6-week course or regular sessions both fortnightly or monthly.
